After a not so positive consultation at another orthodontist, we felt at ease the second we walked in the door at Dr. Munn's office. Lulu was so friendly and super attentive. Dr Munn came in and we started talking about the best wings, like he was an old friend. He answered our 1,005 questions since my husband and I had never had braces, was confident with his treatment plan recommendations, gave us reasoning behind every action plan, sent us the digital images with individual explanation under each one. We're so happy to have found them.
